Thanks for all the input! I found a Fobus kydex paddle holster made for a Makarov at Dongs in Tulsa last week. Haven't had occasion to use it much yet. I'll let you know what I think.

Just FYI, Makarov.com no longer sells anything. I just picked up a DeSantis Tuck This 2 from midway pretty cheap (under $30) was listed for a Walther ppk, Makarov fits alright. Good price for an adjustable, tuckable IWB holster. Custom leather is where it's at, but it is expensive. I'll get some pics when I have time.

http://www.tacticalholsters.com/gcode.htm G Code is very highly recommended on glock talk etc, and he makes a kydex holster for the makarov. Can get an inside the waistband adapter, paddle, belt etc. Reasonably priced (cheaper than comp-tac etc). I know someone posted on here to get something else, but I got mine (commercial .380) from KBI for like 120-140 out the door 10 years ago. Never had a failure, nor has my brothers or fathers. These things are reliable as hell.

I just searched "makarov leather holster" on ebay, and bought one on there.

Not a perfect fit (its for a J frame snubbie), but works good at 5:00 while drivin...
