Apple watch lens replacement suggestions

Have an apple watch with cracked screen after dropping it on the floor.

any suggestions for replacement?
2 estimates for replacement were $175 and $240
i think the new one of this model(SE44) is $250-$300

I tried to replace one of ours and ended up destroying it. I’ve replaced many iPhone screens over the years, but the watches are on a different level. You’re better off just buying a new one as they aren’t the same once repaired by a repair shop. Good luck is all I can say if you try it.

With the price difference you listed above I’d just get a new watch.

Yeah, both places said it is a very risky replacement.
we just found a watch on friday sale for less than a repair!
