AR-15 pistol arm brace

I just acquired my first AR-15 pistol and am Looking at arm braces. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sba3. I don't understand how the sba4 isn't a stock, it looks like a mil-spec stock to super ugly.

Tailhooks if you want a stiff brace.

I have an sba3 on a pistol right now. My next build will be either a plain pistol buffer tube or a tailhook brace. The Sba3 works fine though.

Thanks for the response. What is the advantage of the plain tube over the brace ?

Not much advantage, I just don’t really use the brace much and just put my face against the side of the brace. so for me I’d be fine with just a buffer tube and a foam pad on it.

I have both. The sba3 is a little smaller and lighter. They both have the same flexible wings at the rear, the sba4 just has the diagonal leg to make it look "stockish". The QD location on the sba3 is in a better position I think. For $100 you can't beat the sba3 or 4.
