AR 15 Reload problems

I have my dies in almost a 1/4 turn when I load for a AR after they touch it all depends on the gun

The base of the case might be deformed or may still be too expanded, and catching on the sharp edge of the headspace gauge. I put a chamfer on the mouth of my headspace gauge to negate these issues.
