I'm sure many people can master the stock trigger of an AR, but I'm not one of them. Swapping out to a CMC is the best change to my AR that I have made. I have no experience with Giessele, Timney, ect., so I don't know how they compare, but the CMC was a snap to put in and seems a quality product. I don't do rapid fire. I am strictly an aimed, deliberate fire guy.
