I think if you like a Wilson and shoot it great it’s worth it. Can you shoot a different 1911 just as good, probably. I shot a Wilson CQB and didn’t like it. My expectations were pretty high though. Shot a Les Baer better, but wasn’t as pretty as a Wilson. Shot a Springfield TRP and was hooked. I don’t own any 1911’s anymore. I’d rather shoot a 2011. I’ve wanted to add a DWX to my collection, but I’m stubborn. I won’t own a DWX until they put an optic cut on it. For the price after the optic cut it makes more sense to buy a Staccato.
