I need some advice on what is the best cc holster for a ruger lcr. I can decide if i want a iwb or not any suggestions on the best
holster? I want one that is good for summertime carry. Any help would be great.

If your pockets are big enough, that *may* be an option.

I don't like pocket carry though.

One thing I would caution on an IWB holster, is to make sure it sets the gun low enough to be stable. One thing I've noticed with snubby revolvers is that the holster can end up "wedge shaped" which results in the gun and holster feeling like they are wanting to jump out of your pants all the time. Also, the cylinder makes up a significant part of the weight on the lightweight revos, so if that is above the belt line, it will feel top heavy.

One last tip, get a holster with snap loops, you'll thank me later. The metal clips can be sharp, and you will end up with little holes in your shirt wherever you carry the gun. The kydex clips can break, or relax in high heat. I've had both happen.
