bolt gun help need a gunsmith

My nepher Winchester model 70 bolt guns safety is messed up, best I can tell the selector switch Saftey has been pushed further forward than it should have been. I need to get it fixed for him he is 15 and his dad is gone pipelining in Wyoming . Anybody got a clue on a fix? Or know a good local gunsmith? I work in Tulsa and would like to take it somewhere or to somebody this week. Thanks for any help with the above problem
