Ok, what book are you reading now or have read? Good or Bad.

I just finished Rommel's Desert War: The Life and Death of the Afrika Korps. I recommend it.

I just start the "NOTES OF A RUSSIAN SNIPER, Vassili Zaitsev".

I read these in the reccent past.

SHIELD OF DAVID: The story of Isreal's Armed Forces.
recommend

WISER IN BATTLE: A soldier's story(LTGEN Ricardo S. Sanchez).
don't recommend

SNIPER ACE: From the eastern front to Siberia(Bruno Sutkus).
recommend

HOGS IN THE SHOADOWS: Combat stories from Marine Snipers in Iraq.
recommend

SURROUNDED: Palesinian soldiers in the Israeli Military.
recommend

13 CENT KILLERS: The 5th Marine Snipers in Vietnam
recommend

LONG RIFLE: A snipers story in Iraq and Afganistan.
recommend

CROSSHAIRS ON THE KILL ZONE: American combat snipers. Vietnam through Operation Iraq Freedom.
recommend

IMMORTAL: A military history of Iran and its armed forces.
don't reccomend

I'm looking for more books to read and hope everyone reccomends one for me.

thanks

Have you read any of Stephen Hunters novels? Point of Impact, Pale Horse Coming, Hot Springs, Sniper II and Havana are a few of them. Fixing to start his latest Dead Zero.

Yeah I wondered that too, but I can't say one way or the other. All I know is that I enjoyed the book quite a bit. It's neat reading a memoir from a German solider during the Eastern Front.

This is what I'll be reading next. Unbroken

hi,

a great read is 'I was a NKVD agent' by Anatoly Gravnovsky. This book gives a great look at the Russian Intelligence Spy Agency from years past..
