Bullet size differences

I am loading 9mm and have been looking at different bullets by brand and weight. Some are .355 and others are .356. I understand that is a very close measurement but why the difference? Even the same brand has different sizes.

Yap .355 for jacketed and .356 to .358 for cast. If you'r going to shoot cast or plated you need to slug the barrel of your gun
to find out what size it is, then use a boolit .001-.002 over that size.
