Yummy, are the tomatoes stored wrapped in paper. 2 years ago as you may recall we had maters into mid February in that manner. I love a good green tomato relish. Matter of fact I can't think of a tomato product I don't like.
No I don't wrap green tomatoes. They just don't have any flavor to me when they turn red. I still have tomatoes on the vine but will need to get some new plants started. They are pretty rough looking now.
While they didn't have the robust summer flavor we did find them far better tasting than anything from the supermarket.
