Anyone else a fan of case hardened guns? Haven't had this out for a while, but came across it pulling some things out and need to take it to the range again. Model 22 Smith and Wesson in 45 ACP

I love the look of them but can’t afford the one I want (.50 DE case hardened). I’m hoping to pick up a barrel for my .44 DE when they get available again.

I know the one you are talking about, have wanted one myself. Haven't had the chance to own any 50 AE or DE guns yet.

They have some nice 1886 MTO. It'll have to wait though. I think there's a dude in OKC vicinity that does bone charcoal CH.

Big fan of CCH done right. The cheap chemical way does nothing for me (even though I do own a Pietta SAA clone).

I have a soft spot for single shot rifles and shotguns that are case hardened.

My first shotgun was a HR 410, case hardened, wish I still had it.

I sent Henry a email asking if they would offer case hardened for their single shot line up.
