It was a felony stop. The driver was suspected of a road rage incident involving a firearm. The guy with the suppressed AR that was right by the car and made zero effort to aid her was pretty cold about saving his rifle instead of the human being in custody and control.
Did we ever find out why the stop was so dramatic besides “she took awhile to pull over”?
It's been a long, long time since I was working in Colorado, but back then I remember some stuff about a couple Platteville 'officers' that made me shake my head and thank God I didn't work with them. Apparently things haven't changed much there.
