Constitutional Carry (SB 1212) on the OK House floor 4/23

15 days. Sine die last night.

I know that. What I'm wondering is since at the time of passage, there were more than 5 days remaining.

According to this:

***Except during the last five days of session, the Governor has five days to take action on a bill. If no action is taken, the bill becomes law on its effective date.
****No bill may become law after the final adjournment of the Legislature, unless signed by the Governor within 15 days after adjournment.

It doesn't matter when they adjourn, just if they adjourn within 5 days of passage, then it goes into the 15 days or pocket veto.
