Think it only makes sense that if you are going to live off the grid then you have to be off the grid entirely. You don't get to just not use the cities water but use the trash and sewer service and not pay them for it. She must think she is entitled to plumbing, because we are all entitled things for free, right?
Why would you want to live "in the city" off the grid ? Doesnt make sense
