No, it is a 14 full size. It did well on its first trip to red river last month. It has less than 100hrs on it.

The locals advised me that there are no fish in goose lake because the trail is so ruff that they stopped stocking it.

HaHa!! We caught several trout there last year, others were catching them as well.
On some of those remote lakes the New Mexico Fish and Game are stocking with helicopters. They can hire a copter to stock a dozen lakes in a day at half the price of driving or hiking up to them. The Fisheries guy at the Red River Hatchery was telling us about how they stock now in some cases.
