My Grandfather always called it “still hunting” when you walk a little and sit down by a tree then walk a little more and down sit by a tree. I like squirrel hunting that way but not for deer.
Man I dunno. The word "still" means not moving around (lol, to me anyway).
Maybe the difference is how long ya stay in one spot...
