What kind of electrical work are you planning to do? Run power to a new sub panel?

Right under our meter is a 220 fuse box with 2, 30 amp fuses, the box has seen better days, I'd like it updated so I can rob off 1 leg and get power to elsewhere.. I had a maintainance buddy out yesterday who said when it dries out he come out..
