Back when I drank about 20 years ago my neighbor had one at his front door kindly reminding me why my key didn't fit his lock and not to leave my motorcycle in his yard. He was a nice guy

We have been looking at houses recently and noticed that many of them have little signs in pretty much every room. Probably from Hobby Lobby. Kitchen might say "EAT", bath might say "BRUSH YOUR TEETH" and "WASH YOUR HANDS" or "YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL" above sink, den might say "GATHER". When did this start? (If you have these in your house, then I think they're great.)

My granddaughters got into my desk and raided the supply of Post-It Notes. The Post-Its then started showing up on things like light switches (ON-OFF), stairwells (UP-DOWN), doors (OPEN-CLOSE), etc. They also got my wife's labelmaker machine and put labels on everything in her quilt workroom/studio.

My wife went on that kick several years ago. My favorite was the sign that said "BELEIVE" Yeah, it was misspelled. Still haven't figured out why she got mad at me when I pointed it out after it had been hanging on the wall for 2 weeks.

I just have the one sign in the shop lavatory... says "Must Carve Slayer Into Forearm Before Returning To Work." My boss gifted it to me.
