It would be awesome if FL returned it and when the Feds turn up to confiscate it he tells them, "I sold it." To whom? I dunno, some guy. Don't have to keep records, you know.... :D

It is starting to look more like an assault on the "stand your ground" law more than justice for TM.

This is exactly what they are doing. This case for polarized for one reason & one reason only, Obama's attack on guns. If they would have come back with a guilty verdict you would have heard a speech from Obama about how this proves America is against gun violence & we are going to make changes. It was meant to roll them right into the next push for gun control & also the perfect opportunity for them to attack laws which allow citizens to protect themselves using deadly force. But since they couldn't get the verdict they wanted they decided to continue on the course in the manner we are seeing now. We need to be ready for the next push against gun ownership & the ability to protect ourselves, it's coming & they are gonna come out as hard as they can after their last embarrassing loss on background checks.
