How bout you just plug one of yours in the living room. Just saying, since I have my mini dremel by my desk to buff my knives.

I have one and for as minimal as I use it, its ok. In retrospect, I wish I would have bought a corded one. I say just use an extension cord IMO.

I got the nicest corded one for Christmas. I love that thing. It replaced the crappy cordless one I had. It just doesn't last long enough for a lot of the stuff I use it for. Corded is the way to go.
