Earthquakes in Edmond

Two earthquakes this morning in Edmond - I could hear it coming and then the house rattled. The USGS has it listed as a 4.3 followed by a 3.4 with the epicenters on the east side around I-35 and Covell. That is starting to get too close for me.

I felt the big one. It woke both me and my wife up. The kids slept right through everything, though.

Around 5:30 am to 6:00 am; 5:50 am comes to mind.

My lab was in a crate in the garage due to the temperature. I thought he was going to tear the crate apart trying to get out following the quakes. He is a wimp when it comes to thunder. I imagine he was thinking this was the end of the world

Same here, pretty sure the house has more cracks. First one hit at 5:40am and knocked the power out for almost an hour.

About 5:40 in Piedmont, we usually don't feel them much out here.
