Ever had someone shoot down range while you're changing a target?

I honestly don't think it's a problem as long as they're aiming at a target. Yeah I've had that happen once, but it was on the other end of the lot and I didn't throw a tantrum.

At the other end of the spectrum - have been on a public range with a number of people actively shooting when someone just walked downrange to check a target without any notice. Many/most there just kept shooting, gave me the willies.
