My brother traded his car in at dealership and 2 days later they called him accusing him of having extra key and driving it off lot after trade was over. Someone stole it out from under dealerships nose he thinks by using a extra key he left in glove box. They threatened to call the police to which he said "I think you should!"

Lol an attorney isn't going to do jack. The dealership isn't liable. If it was broken into on a street would the city be liable? File it on your home owners insurance, throw in a few extra things and move on.

And we can all enjoy higher rates because of fraudulent claims like this. Nice Job!

Hiding from all you crazy people!!!
Sorry, I don't think you will have a leg to stand on... It's basically the same as parkng it in a wal-mart parking lot, even if they have a chain link fence around the cars they are working on I is usually intended to keep the cars in and not peopl out...

This is false
If its inside gates they are liable for it. Out in an open lot, they are not.
