My .308 combo is a 1970 Ruger 77 .308 with a Leupold Vari-X II scope and 150 grain Sierra ProHunter bullets over Varget powder. I'm not a real target shooter, but I think it would be difficult to find a bullet/medium burn rate powder combo that wasn't pretty good!
