It might have rained a tenth or two at most. It's 95⁰, south winds at 20-30mph, 32% humidity. Pretty extreme evaporation going on unfortunately now. Roads are dusty again already lol.

Sad thing about that dab of rain is that it might be enough on one food plot to germinate the wheat that was planted 2 days ago. Might germinate but die after with the heat wave in the next week or two.

I planted the plot behind my house here in TX on Sept 1, because it was supposed to rain every day for the next week. So far, I’ve only got two sprinkles on it, but it’s coming up really well anyway. This is BFO’s and DeerSlayer’s 4x4 mix, and the deer are starting to hit it. 
Finally getting a totally unexpected rain on my TX food plot.
