Just use the seeds for your recipe.
I used to grow my own, but we travel so much now that I can't maintain a garden. I've had a couple recipes lately that called for coriander and the stores just don't have it for some reason.
Grew some in a pot beside the pool one year and didn't harvest the seeds. The following spring, we had cilantro coming up all over the yard. Cool!! picked all of that but then had to mow.

Might need to think about protecting cold sensitive plants this weekend

I'll be digging my outside tomatoes up. I'll just have to scoop them up out of the container. Set them in the greenhouse and plant them again when it warms up.
I did replant the corn today. Almost planted green beans but decided to wait.

I ignored my “plant cold sensitive May 1” rule this year. I’ll probably regret that. I have UP potatoes, green beans, sweet corn, Okra!!, A few tomatoes and peppers in place. Cantaloupe and watermelon will be OK as they are in styrofoam cups in the greenhouse. I’ll cover what I can and run the sprinklers in the night or morning during the coldest time.
