Planted onion sets and radish seeds. When things warm up, I'll be planting Boston cucumbers, and Sweet 100 cherry tomatoes.
In the next couple of days we will be planting our 1st crop of onions and potatoes.

1 crate of onion/ 1015 sweet same onions as Visalia’s. Then in 2 weeks we will do it all over again then once more for a total 300lbs of potatoes and 3 crates of onions

I think yellow granex is what they use for the Vidalia onions.
They use both however whatever onion is grown in vidalia county is considered vidalia!
Both are good onions but short shelf life for storage.
I've had a 10:1 return on potatoes. You may have more than you estimated.
After harvest I let cure for several days then put under the barn for a few weeks then in a climate controlled room At 60F. They last a couple months. We eat the ones we that go bad and sell the rest.
