Just got back from the range shooting my G23 and my new (to me) Beretta PX4 Storm both in .40 s&w. I think I like shooting the Beretta better. Size of the guns are pretty close to being the same. Beretta slightly longer. So right now I am not sure which one I will use for carry.
Also Beretta has a manual safety. Not sure how that will enter into it.

Those two have about the most different grip angles of any guns ever made! I shot a .40 PX4 and felt like I was holding an Uzi with the right angle grip after shooting my G19!

So you are saying that I should remove the safety feature and then you think that the Beretta would be a better choice for carry. Do I understand that correct? I dont know if I trust myself to make the conversion myself.

That's what I'm saying, but what matters is which gun you are comfortable with.

By converting to a "G" model the safety lever becomes a decocker only. I don't know that having a PX4 holstered ready to fire in double action is any different than having the Glock holstered in it's ready to fire position.

If you're ever in Tulsa give me a call and I'll let you shoot my G model.
