Good place for reloading shop.

My neighbors the belly-dancing group are moving to a different location, This would be a great place to open a reloading store (right next to my gun store)
the unit is 700 square feet and is only $475 a month (unless they went up when I wasn't looking.)
I wanted to knock the wall out between us and expand into reloading but the wife said that it wasn't going to happen.

Ding-dongs NEEDS to be knocked off as king of the hill for reloading gear in Tulsa ! Go for the Full Monty-- press, powder,dies,cases, tools etc ,etc. You could become the next Midways !

I hate going to Dongs the last time I went looking for certain Ammo, I asked if they had it they said no. Then he tried to tell me what was best for me to carry as a defence round. He tells me what I was looking for was not as good. I then informed him that I have look at the Ballistics of both those rounds and many more, I want what I am looking for. Then he goes into asking me if I have ballistic gell that they do and they test every round they have. They do need to be knocked off their zebra striped unicorn.
