Just wanted to say hello. While I live south of the Red River I have ties on both sides of my family back to times of the Oklahoma land rushes. I'm a casual shooter, actually too casual. Need to shoot more. I'd rather shoot a 50 year old firearm than one NIB, but I'll shoot both. Just picked-up a .357/38 R92 in SS, 16" and am starting to put it through it paces. Actually smoother than I imagined given all the bad press they get.

I whole-heartedly agree with you on this. I have many .22s that are 50+ years old and one that is over 100 and works perfectly. Of course I have a few newer ones that I like to shot too.
