It's legal to be covered up in blind with no orange showing.

However, probably not a bad idea to take an extra vest or hat and toss it or safety pin it to the middle of the roof of the blind; something like that. Keep your hunter orange ON your body that you're required to wear. Except for maybe archery season. Sometimes I will wear orange while moving during archery, but take it off when I get to my hunting spot.

Glad someone started this thread! I'm hunting from a ground blind this year, as I'll be very largely pregnant during deer season this year, and I've been wondering about how to go about displaying orange on it. I hunt on private land, but I still want to make sure I'm safe.

Congrats on getting the soon-to-be little one out for the first hunt:D
