Does anyone still carry a cloth hanky to blow their nose in?
I sure do.
Comes in handy when you cut yourself and need a bandage, perhaps the gas station sushi didn't agree with you...many uses.

Have all my life. Usually ends up cleaning kids noses or used as a napkin though.
Too unsanitary for me. I just use paper towels (roll in the truck) or tissues.
I did when I was a young kid but never used it to blow my nose. If I did blow my nose in one it’d be totally saturated.
Never carried or own one.
I’ve carried handkerchiefs for a long time, but I normally carry a pocket pack of Kleenex to use for blowing my nose. I most often use my cotton hanky to clean my glasses, but I have used it as part of my duties as an uncle to clean wounds, dry tears, and blue noses.
A wise man told me long ago that every gentleman has a cotton handkerchief, a lighter, and a knife in his pocket at all times, so unless I’m going into a place where the knife and/or lighter are prohibited, I always have those items in my pocket.
