Today is Hoov's birthday? Well I'll be damned. Happy birthday, Clay!
Hoov and I have known each other since 1991 when we flipped burgers in the kitchen of Eskimo Joes. Worked our @55es back there in the heat but had a lot of fun doing it.
Used to make drives to OKC, solely to go to the Red Dog. Yes it's true, boys and girls. The Red Dog. Is that place even still around?
Hoov also provided one of the greatest quotes to ever grace mankind: "Gun shows- where I can buy guns, ammo, and beer in the same building".
After breaking up with his girlfriend (probably for buying a Beretta 92 at one of these gun shows mentioned above), Hoov lived with a couple of our fellow EJ coworkers named Neil and Bob.
