Hello everyone. The names Brad, I've moved down from north central Illinois to NW Oklahoma City and I've been here for about 2 months, So far im loving it. Just wondering by the way, are there any ranges that let you draw from holster? Prefer the range to be outdoor..

Welcome to Oklahoma and to OSA Brad!

I'm not familiar with ranges in OKC area, but I'm not aware of any around here that allow draw from holster... so I'm going to say that's probably pretty standard policy. If there's one in your area, someone here will know about it though.

To answer your question, none that I know of. You might find a member who has a range on their place. Welcome to Oklahoma

Best outdoor range around Oklahoma City, is the Oklahoma City Gun Club. OKCGC. Look it up on Google and the OKCGC website will give you all the information on membership.

    Welcome!
I suppose you could draw from a Holster at one of the WMA ranges.
I do not remember seeing any rules that said NO on that but I have not read the pistol range rules.

You need a valid oklahoma hunting license to shoot there.
WMA is Wildlife Management Area and there are many WMA ranges in our state.

There is a very nice one in Lexington which is south of Norman
