I have been buying 22lr for a long time. I have two boys that love to go shoot, so I always keep a bunch on hand.

Call it hoarding or whatever but everyone should have at least 3-4k rounds of .22 and you should have considerably more if you have kids IMO.

I personally am not hoarding just restocking what I have already shot this year. A 22 is cheap to shoot.
