So what is considered a reasonable speed when everybody in the fastlane is doing 65+ mph and your trying to merge. Cause that would mean that a reasonable speed to me would be faster than that which I can consider 79mph a "reasonable" speed to merge.

You know you are actually breaking the law if you drive faster than the posted speed limit while over taking another vehicle?

:)

Dude, 79 is 79... in a 60! Come on, I can understand griping about 4, 5, 6 or even 7 some over, but 19?

I was coming off the will rogers turnpike to merge with I-44 over by the casino just a few days ago around 4:00 in the afternoon, Coming off of 70, onto HWY 412 that is 50, and I got stopped for doing 58, I didnt even have my foot on the gas I was just coasting down. OHP didnt write me a ticket just a warning but coming off a 70 to a 50, and I was stopped and pulled over before I even got off the ramp. I thought it was a little shady but didnt think much of it sense he just wrote me a warning. Not like im driving a suspicious vehicle or look like a kid. Im in a 09 White camry.

But officer, I was clearly trying to merge in front of that motorcycle. I didn't cut him off!
