My last home/retirement/retired home. I built 7 and bought/remodeled 26, way before “Flipping” came around. Kinda somber it’s the last one.

Thanks. The complete interior is finished. New roof, ceiling fans every room, appliances, electrical, plumbing, drain systems, faucets, bathrooms, windows, doors, countertops, exterior doors, wood flooring throughout. All that is left is paint the exterior trim.

I personally would paint the brick some other color but that's a matter of opinion.
