Well sort of..
I have been measuring my FLS brass and it grows .005" after each sizing.
Yes i can neck size but the rounds get tight to chamber and accuracy fell off with neck-sized.
I think the issue was the brass was not consistent in size each time i neck sized..

So i was searching local for a bushing type sizer die for my .308.
No luck.

I got a 3 die lee set for .308 and honed the FLS die out in the body area and then polished it
and also honed the neck area out and polished it.
Now when i size my fired case i can bump my shoulder back as much as i want and because there is no need for the deprimer expander rod to be in the die it no longer stretches my case.

BUT neck ID is not .312" too large ..So I size the neck with a Lee collet sizer die. This puts ID at .307"
I bumped my fired case shoulder back .002 and the shoulder is sized .002" smaller diameter also.
with my homemade die.

OAL for the case is .001" longer than it was the last time i sized it..
Minimal case stretch is what i was after.
