How do you use a Lyman Shell Resizer?

I've seen a few of these on FeeBay. Just wondering how they work.

It looks like you use a non-marring mallet to drive your brass into it. Once in you use a rod to pop the brass out....

Is that how it works?

I THINK it is for straight wall pistol cartridges that push through the die body. Are you wanting to get one?

How much do they go for? If they are hard to find or pricey you might look into a Lee Loader kit.
