They have been sued before in Georgia for something similar if I remember correctly.
I will definitely have to research that.
Any updates on Windstream in Broken Arrow. I was considering switching from Cox because they just raised their prices across the board. I've been considering getting rid of cable and wanted to consolidate my services with Windstream because I already use them for my land line.
They are all terrible but Cox is the lesser of the evils. I've been on Windstream. Never again.
I have actually had much better service from Windstream than Cox. I doubt I have any issues more than once a year and then it's usually just a Saturday afternoon maintenance. My wife works at home and is online all day everyday with no problems. I think there are just issues in certain areas with any provider. I would never go back to Cox, but my son lives further SouthEast and his Cox service is awesome.
