I heard about a good hog hunting ranch in east Texas from my cousin and decided to give them a try this year. It turned out to be a great place, and I ended up going three times. I shot hogs the first two times and took a painted desert ram the third. My wife went with me one time. It was her first time to ever hunt, and she got a nice sow the first night. the people there are great and really want you to shoot something. They'll let you hunt from stands or stalk. If you want to hunt at night with red lense spot lights, you can do that too. It's called Working Man's Bow Ranch, but you can hunt with bows or guns. Look at workingmansbowranch.com to check it out.
