Seems to be a lefty-ish video but I have yet to meet a conservative who hasn't had similar complaints about companies being way too focused on short term goals and basically giving up on life-long customer goals.

Many publically traded companies are too focused on the shareholder and not on the people who actually purchase their goods and services. The typical shareholder is only a customer for 9 months.
Agreed. Look at WalMart for the best example.
