What ever happened to the pen is mightier than the gun, er sword? It's bad enough I was nervous enough to have proper records, pay quarterly taxes, proper filing dates and an accountant. I take them seriously without them having firearms.

Won't be any charges filed......it falls under "justifiable homie-cide".
Same holds true with what I said earlier. I bet there’s a high percentage of military folks that had never held a gun until they joined up. I’m actually surprised there’s not more accidental shooting among the military ranks.
