Riverbank Firearms in Ada. It's a nice shop and he's always got something I want.

I’m willing to travel at this point. The reason I want used is because I’m going to take it out into the brush and it’ll get used and dirty. I don’t want something too nice. Well I do, but that will be the extra one

This is why I buy Henry lever actions. There Customer service has always been great if I had a issue.

I dealt with Henry a few years ago because my Henry Big Boy wouldn't cycle correctly. They we're very kind to me on the phone,and the repair turn around was extremely fast.

IMHO there is only one thing with Henry Rifles..........is that l don't own one each of every model produced........

I own the odd-ball Henry rifles,,,
The Henry Acu-Bolt single shot 22,,,
And the kid sized Henry Mini-Bolt single shot 22.

I needed a sight screw for each rifle,,,
I called Henry at ten on a Monday morning,,,
I had the screws in my hand the following Friday.

No charge for the screws or postal fee.

I once sent an e-mail with a product suggestion,,,
I got a nice letter in snail mail from them.

They declined to implement my suggestion,,,
But thanked me for my input on it.

Yeah I had a stock chip on a youth 22 lever action, I emailed them and she said send a picture for their records and she’d send a replacement, I didn’t hear anything else but that Friday fedex dropped a box off with a new stock in it.

See and some executive/cfo people would make a huge stink out of that. Because all of those tiny parts and postal fees add up. But they fail to realize how many people go back to a company time and time again simply because of customer service and feeling like they are important. I’m picking up a Henry tomorrow and I’m stoked after reading through this thread

i called to order a bipod bushing for my barrett m99, lady said whats you address and just sent it. It is a breath of fresh air when you get service like this.
