He agreed to buy my item, sent many messages about it. Kept pushing the date back, then had some sort of surgery, then kept pushing the days back. Was supposed to pick it up after church last sunday, i still haven't heard back from him 5 days later. I gave up on him and sold the item to someone else. Won't be doing any more deals with this one.
