i saved this pacific tool dl shotshell press from the going to the dump and i am wondering should i through it in the scrap pile or is it worth something? i am not a reloader and i dont know anything about it. is this guy worth anything!

If memory serves me correctly Pacific was bought out by Hornaday.
I've got an old Pacific single stage I still use from time to time.

I don't know how much luck you'll have finding parts for it.
You still see these come up for sale occassionally on some of the boards.
If you keep an eye out and don't mind waiting you can probably find everything you need to get it up and working again.
But then again a new MEC isn't all that expensive either.

For the OP: You might also want to check ebay for parts.

That's an option for sure. Especially if you're attached to it.

I'd sell it to someone else who wants it for parts and buy a new MEC if I was wanting to get into shotshell reloading

That sounds like good advice. Put her on ebay. Then no headaches trying to find parts.
Those guys will buy anything and if you get 2 or 3 bidding on it you'll probably end up with enough for the MEC.
