Do Commissioners of Labor have a term?? I know when I worked there I think the Commish then was run out for some shady **** (I think an affair was the official story, but it's been a while so -- or ... Well ****, maybe that was the Lead Attorney in Legal and he was watching pron during work hours. On a state computer. Hell, I dunno there was so much going on around that place! Lol)

Anyway, I think agency heads serve at the pleasure of the governor in office at the time.
