We have water pooling under our ground level deck after a decent rain at our new to us house. Also pooling in a few low spots and on a side of the house. I’m thinking we need a mild regrade or maybe a drain etc. also open to other ideas. Might even swap the wood deck for concrete if that’s not a million bucks.

Anyone have someone they suggest, or do this work themselves?

David reed is the owner. He’s a gun guy
And he’s super quality minded.
He did a series of drains for us for a very similar issue we had.
He insisted on using pvc not that corrugated black plastic crap. I am glad we chose him.

Your “soil” probably sucks. You could try expensive French drains or look into the possibility of amending the dirt around the house to allow the water to actually drain deeper into the ground like it’s supposed to. The OSU website has information on topics like that.
