has anyone ever used the lee hand press ?? what did you think of it ??
It's my main way to reload. I love it.
Me too. Put it back in the box and throw it under the couch. Everything else but powder fits in a cheap tackle box. Watch football or whatever, coffee table becomes reloading bench.
I use it for my rifle reloads. I like it.
How hard is it to F/L size 223 or 308 brass?
Not too bad. I size brass for my Garand, and .308. Occasionally one will stick a bit, but not too much to need added leverage to do, just enough to not be easy.
I have one, maybe 1 out of every thousand rounds I load gets loaded with it. I take it on trips, but usually don't end up using it, and have used it at a range once or twice. That said, it's well built and definitely worth the money.
agreed, I mainly shoot and reload 45 colt. never had an issue.
I just bought one that I haven't used yet. I plan on using it for decapping only with a Lee universal decapping die. The idea of decapping while watching tv was too good to ignore. I might use it for more stuff too.
